We want you to love your jewellery. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
Proof of purchase is required
Non Returnable Items
Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons
Custom or worn items are not eligible for return
Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost returns
Refunds
Once received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe
